NO PROCEDURAL OR POST OPERATIVE PAIN

Since it is a minimally invasive procedure, our patients don’t go through any post-operative pain, resulting in happy patients with molar to molar smile. We always believe to make sure that: Your Treatment is Painfree or It is Free!

CROWN DELIVERY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS

As the measurements are digital and are not physical, sending to the lab by lab collection person is purely eliminated because it can be directly mailed to the lab. Just scan and send the digital image to the cam milling unit. Will produce the prosthesis with in 30-50 minutes. It’s as simple as that.
Say no to 5-6 days waiting period for your crown. Get your crown within 24-48 hours.

SUPERIOR QUALITY OF CROWN FITTING/ACCURACY

Extremely Accurate and Excellent Fitting
The most important aspect is that the designing of the crown should be done on precise patients’s details available. If the patients’ details available i.e. impressions and cast, is compromised the overall fitting and accuracy of the crown would be compromised.

3 Shape Crown Work Flow—No Dimensional Change/Shrinkage From Measurement To Crown Fabrication—Excellent Fit And Accuracy

Conventional Crown Workflow—Two Times Dimentional Change from Measurement to Crown Fabrication

1st Time Dimensional Change
Since the impression material is physical, the material undergoes dimensional change within 24 to 48 hours after taking the measurement.

2nd Time Dimensional Change
When the traditional impression reaches to the lab, it is poured with plaster to fabricate patient’s cast: which when sets, undergoes dimensional change too.

3 SHAPE DIGITAL CADCAM CROWN WORKFLOW VERSUS CONVENTIONAL CROWN WORKFLOW

Three Dimensionally the canals are not uniform in shape and has multiple branches in the form of lateral or accessory canals. It is very important to seal the canals 3 Dimensionally along with lateral and accessory canals, so that no open space is left for bacterial colony formation which can lead to future infection and ultimately failure. In International Standard RCT we have focus on how to completely Seal Root Canals with its branches 3 Dimensionally.
We do it in two ways

(A) Using Guttacore GP with Thermaprep Oven

OR

(B) Using Flowable Downpack and Backfill 3D Sealing
The idea of sealing Root Canals 3 Dimensionally is by using Gutta Percha(Natural rubber) in Melted/Plastic state, which flows to each and every portion of the canals along with lateral and accessory canals.
Tooth Isolation using Rubber Dam
Rubber Dam is considered the Gold Standard in Root Canal Treatment (RCT) because of the advantages that it offers
  • No saliva contamination
  • Better access and visibility
  • Prevention of Inhalation & Injestion of foreign bodies
  • Clean operative field
  • Protection of the patient
  • Aid to cross infection control
We use Rubber Dam in performing Root Canal Treatment of our patient as it isolates the tooth which has to be treated from remaining other tooth

WORKFLOW FOR DIGITAL GUIDED DENTAL IMPLANTS - HOW DO WE DO IT

INTRAORAL SCANNING

Intraoral Scanning is done with the help of 3 Shape Colored Wireless IntraOral Scanner to Reconstruct Patient's Specific 3D Jaw Model that consist Gums & Teeth with 4 Microns Accuracy of the site where Implants are planned to be Placed

Virtual 3D Model of Teeth and Gums

CBCT SCANNING

CBCT Scanning is done with the help of CBCT Machine (Rayscan Alpha Plus) to Reconstruct Patient's Specific 3D Jaw Model that consist Bone & Teeth of the site where Implants are planned to be Placed

Virtual 3D Model of Teeth and Bone

FUSION OF SCANS & DIGITAL PLANNING OF CROWN, IMPLANT AND SURGICAL GUIDE

Fusion of Scan - Fusion of IntraOral Scan and CBCT Scan is done first using 3 Shape Implant Studio Software to get a 3 Dimensional Virtual Jaw Image that totally Reciprocates with the Actual IntraOral Site of the Patient where Implants are Planned to be Placed

Digital Planning of Crown, implant & Surgical Guide – Since these are Prosthetic Driven Implants, firstly a Virtual Crown is Digitally Planned in the 3D Virtual Jaw in the Best Position which will be Occupied by Final Crown and is Freezed in the Software. Now Best Position of the Implant is Planned and Freezed in Respect to the Virtual Crown Placed above, Bone Quality, Bone Thickness and Surrounding Vital Structure. Lastly a Digital Guide is Virtually Fabricated in Respect to the above Designed Final Implant Position.

3D Printing

Planned Virtual Implant Surgical Guide is then 3D Printed in House by Our 3D Printer (Fabpro 1000—3D Systems)
